Return Policy

At Finance Casual, every product is custom-printed made-to-order just for you. Because items are produced on demand, we do not accept general returns or buyer’s remorse exchanges once an order has shipped.

Damages, Defects & Printing Errors
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@financecasual.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

Once verified, we will immediately send out a free replacement item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges & Size/Color Changes
Because each item is custom crafted upon order, we are unable to process size or color exchanges after production begins. Please double-check product specifications and colors prior to placing your order.

Order Cancellations
If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us at info@financecasual.com within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters print production, it cannot be canceled.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, in accordance with local regulations. Returned items must be in unworn, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs for EU statutory returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a defective or damaged product, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
